elderflower cordial

I made elderflower cordial of the pink flowers from my dark Sambuca Nigra ‘Black Lace’.

It will turn out as good with the ordinary white flowers, but the colour of the cordial will be different.

Don’t forget the vanilla bean to camouflage for any possible small bug!
